Get off at Exit23, and turn right onto Route 9W South. Follow 9W one mile to the Delmarby-pass (Route 32) exit. Follow the Delmar by-pass for ½ mile, and turnright onto Kenwood Avenue. Follow Kenwood about 2 1/4 miles to Delaware Avenue(Four Corners intersection). Turn left onto Delaware Avenue, and continue about1 1/2 miles. The High School is on the left.

 

From theNorthway (South)

Take the Route90 East Exit from the Northway. Stay on Route 90 East until theSlingerlands/Route 85 Exit (Exit 4). Follow Route 85 until the road ends at alight. Turn right at the light onto New Scotland Avenue. At the next light,turn left onto Cherry Avenue Extension (Route 140). Go through the next lightand continue until the light at Delaware Ave. Turn right onto Delaware Ave.,and continue on Delaware for about 1/2 mile. The High School is on the left.

 

FromDowntown Albany

Follow DelawareAvenue (Route 443 West) out of downtown Albany and into Delmar. Go straightthrough the intersection at Delaware Avenue (Four Corners), and proceed another1 1/2 miles. The High School is on the left.

Take Route 787to its end. Turn right on to Route 9W. Go through 7 traffic lights. AfterStewarts, bear right on to Route 32. Go to the 5th traffic light and take aleft. Elm Avenue Park is approximately 2/10 of a mile on the right.

Take I-90 toRoute 787 South to its end. Follow directions above.

 

From the NewYork State Thruway:

Get off theThruway at Exit 23. Turn right on to Route 9W. Go through 5 traffic lights.After Stewarts, bear right on to Route 32. Go to the 5th trafficlight and take a left. Elm Avenue Park is approximately 2/10 of a mile on theright.

 

From the Cityof Albany:

Take DelawareAvenue west, through Delmar. Go past Town Hall and the Public Library on theright. Take a left at the next traffic light on to Elm Avenue. Go approximately1.5 miles. Elm Avenue Park is on your right.

 

Directions tothe Field:

Once inside thepark (immediately past the gate), bear left, continue past the pool entrancearea (on right) and proceed through the pool parking lot. The pools will be onyour right.  At the end of theparking lot, turn right and continue on that road approximately 200 yards.  The lacrosse field will be on yourleft.  It is behind the baseballfield and children's playground area. You should park on the side of the road, or in the parking lot for thechildren's playground.

From the East or West

Take the New York StateThruway (Route 90) to Route 890. (Note: Route 890 runs through Schenectadystarting at Thruway exit 25 east of the city, and ending at Thruway exit 26west of the city.) Stay on Route 890 until you reach exit 4B for Erie Blvd. andWashington Ave. As you follow the exit ramp, the main building of theSchenectady County Community College will be on your left. At the end of theexit ramp, turn left at the light onto Route 5, State Street, which will takeyou across the Mohawk River on the Western Gateway Bridge.

Move into the right handlane. Go straight through the 1st traffic light at the end of the bridge, andturn right onto Route 50 North at the 2nd light. Stay on Route 50 for about 6miles, through the village of Scotia and the town of Glenville, proceed intoBurnt Hills.  Turn left at thestoplight at Rte. 50 and Lakehill Rd., proceed about  1/4 of a mile and O'Rourke Middle School is on the righthand side.

 

From the North

Take 87 South to Exit 12,Rt 67, turn right on 67 for 2.5 miles. Veer left onto CR 60, Brookline Road for .5 miles and take a left ontoRte. 50.  Take Rte. 50 for 5 milesand make a right onto Lake Hill Rd., the O'Rourke Middle School is about a 1/4of a mile on the right hand side.

 

From the South

Take 87 North, RT-146 Wexit- EXIT 9. Turn LEFT onto CLIFTON PARK BLVD / NY-146 W. Stay STRAIGHT to goonto NY-146. Turn RIGHT onto CR-110 / BLUE BARN RD. Continue to follow CR-110.Turn RIGHT onto CR-110 / KINGSLEY RD. Turn SHARP LEFT onto LAKE HILL RD /LAKEHILL RD / CR-399. Continue to follow LAKE HILL RD / LAKEHILL RD. for about1/2 mile and the O'Rourke Middle School is on the right hand side.

 

Colonie:

Take exit 2 towards Albany(Central Ave), take a left onto Hackett Ave, turn right at the end of the roadHigh School is straight ahead, Youth Lacrosse fields are at the front entrance.

 

Columbia:

Northway to 90 East. 90East to exit 9. At end of ramp turn right onto Route 4. At first light turn leftonto Route 151. Columbia High School 1/2 mile down on left. Proceed towardsHigh School. Lacrosse fields are on left next to baseball field.

 

 

Glens Falls:

Exit 18 off the Northwaymake a right and head towards the City of Glens Falls. Go 1.5 miles and directlypast Hanaford you will make a left onto Larose Street. The field will be onyour left.

 

Guilderland:

Take I-90 West to Exit 25(I-890).  Go through the toll boothand take your first exit onto Curry Road West.  Follow Curry Road West to the first traffic light and take aleft onto Route 146 South.  FollowRoute 146 South for approximately 3/4 mile to the second traffic light and takea left onto East Lydius Street. Follow East Lydius Street for approximately 2 miles and DiCaprio Park ison your Right.

 

Maple Hill:

From the Northway go Easton I 90 towards Mass.  Get off exit11E Nassau.   You are now onRTs 9S & 20E.  Pass one lightand bear SOUTH on RT 9. Stay on RT9 for 1.6 miles RIGHT turn on to MAPLE HILLROAD. Continue straight to HIGH SCHOOL. The MIDDLE SCHOOL is "left"next door.  Please call our coachone day prior to the game and he will tell you which school to play at.  Please do not park on the grass eventhough you may see others do so. Please have players wear sneakers and changeinto cleats on the inside of the running track if your game is there.  Thank you for your help in this matter.

 

Niskayuna:

From theNorth: Northway to exit9.  Left off ramp to 146 West thruClifton Park to Rexford.  Turn leftat stoplight continuing on 146 west across the Rexford Bridge.  Turn right at end of bridge ontoAqueduct Rd for 1mile. Turn left into Town Recreation Center (small green signon right), go up the hill past the white building

 

From theSouth: Northway to exit6.  Turn left onto Rte 7. Followwest for 6-1/2 miles.  Bear right tthe fork toward Union Ave to second stop light.  Turn right onto 146 east.  Continue for several miles past high school down hill to theRexford Bridge.  Turn left justbefore the bridge onto Aqueduct Rd for 1 mile to Town Recreation  Center on left.  Turn left into drive way to top of thehill past white building.

 

North Colonie Capitals

3/4 field: Located at Blue Creek Elementary School, Latham NY.

Exit 6 off ofthe Northway take Rt 2 East, through the traffic circle and continue towardsMenands.

Right onto ParkAve (5th right) then left onto Clinton Ave.  Blue Creek is at the end of Clinton Ave.

 

5/6 Whitefield:  Shaker JV Field

Exit 5 off ofthe Northway, take Rt 155 East, over Rt 9 and continue to the stop light at themain entrance to Shaker High School. Left at the light, field is immediately on the left.  Parking is farther up on the right handside.

 

5/6 Bluefield:  Siena College Turf.

From I87 (Northway) take Exit 5. Take a left at the end of the exit from the south or the north. Take this road (155) until you hit Route 9. Take a right on Route 9. Go 2 miles and Siena will be on the left. Take a left on Spring Street. Take 3rd left into campus and turf field will be directly in front of you.

 

7/8 field:Shaker High Varsity field

Exit 5 off ofthe Northway, take Rt 155 East, over Rt 9 and continue to the stop light at themain entrance to Shaker High School. Left at the light, follow road until it T's at the building.  Right at T the left at end ofbuilding.  The field is immediatelyon the right

 

Queensbury-

All games at QueensburySchool campus:  1)Take 87North   2)Get off at Exit 19and take a left.  3)Go over bridgeand cross Northway(I-87).  4)Themiddle school is about 200 yards on the right.  Go past the middle school and take immediate right atlights.  5)Lacrosse fields arebehind the middle school on right. Park behind school. Lacrosse fields are adjacent to the Northway(I-87)

 

Saratoga:

Weibel Ave.

Take NortwayExit 15.  Off exit go East on Rt 50and take Right at light onto Weibel Ave. Fields are on left about 3/4 Miles down.

 

 

Saratoga:

East Side Rec.

Take Northway Exit 14W.  Take left on Henning Rd go toend.  Right onto Lake Ave and fieldis on right across from St Clements Church.

 

Scotia

Scotia Glenville HighSchool

From Albany Area:  Take Exit 25 to 890. On 890 take Exit4C (Scotia). As you come down the ramp, Schenectady Community College is onleft. Turn left at traffic light at end of ramp. Cross river and go to fourthtraffic light. Turn right onto Sacandaga (Rt 147). Just shy of a mile on yourleft is Scotia-Glenville High School. From the Northway:  Route 87to exit 9 onto Route 146 west. Stay on Route 146 for approximately 8 miles to whereRoute 146 makes a left turn at a traffic light at Blue Barns Road. DO NOT TURNLEFT.    Continuestraight (you will be on Glenridge Road) to the traffic light at Route 50.There will be a Kmart, Mobil, Hess and Friendlies at that intersection.    Turn LEFT onto Route 50.Stay on Route 50 until it ends at Route 5 in the Village of Scotia. Turn RIGHTonto Route 5 through the business district until you come to the traffic lightat Route 147, which is on the right. There is a Post Office on the right and aCVS on the left at the intersection. Travel about one-half mile to the Senior High School, which is on theLEFT.

 

Shenendehowa

Varsity Lacrosse Field

Boys Lacrosse - Alllevels  South ElementaryFields  Take I-87 to Exit 9, headwest on Route 146, continue approximately 1 ½ miles to traffic light atentrance of Shenendehowa Central schools. Turn left into campus and take your first right hand turn.  Follow this road to fields on left handside of road, opposite Skano Elementary school.

 

South Glens Falls:

Senior HighSchool 

Take exit 17Noff Northway (87).  Follow RT 9north for 4 miles and take a

left ontoMerritt Road.  The High School islocated on the left side.

 

Troy:

Take Route 7East Exit down into Troy crossing the Collar City Bridge over the Hudson Riverinto Troy (5 or 6 miles). The bottom of the bridge is 8th Street. Continue upthe hill on Hoosick Street (7 East) to Burdett Avenue (4th traffic lights).Turn Right on Burdett and proceed 1/2 mile to Doyle Middle School which will beon your left. You will pass Samaritan Hospital and the entrance to the RPIField House.

Park in DoyleMiddle School lot on your left. The field is up the hill behind the school.
